I have some information that will help but the Blaylock EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock, # BLTL-50, is not tested on specific brands of trailers. This lock was designed to fit a gooseneck coupler like the Pro Series, # PS0287820300, which I have attached a picture of. From what I could find online I think the Butler coupler is similar to the Bulldog/Stallion/Superior/TEM couplers so in that case you should be able to use the EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock Combo # BLTL-53-40D2 for your gooseneck trailer. This comes with a lock for the coupler part and a lock for the set screw as well.

The Blaylock EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock part # BLTL-50-40D that you referenced works with most adjustable gooseneck couplers therefore it should work with yours as well and after looking at your photos I don't see any apparent issues. From my research it looks like the Trails West combo horse with living quarters 2005 model has a square Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler. All of the square inner tubes available have the holes for the pins. A lot of trailer manufacturers have switched from set screws to lock pins for safety reasons.
